Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your X-Streamify account, on the app or the website, and exactly what that removes.

Delete your account from the app or website

Sign in, then go to Account. Tap or click "Delete account," type DELETE to confirm, and submit. The deletion happens immediately — there is no waiting period and no separate approval step.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and everything in your vault — photos, videos, and documents — along with every share you have sent to other people. If your account is a parent account with linked child accounts, deleting it also deletes those child accounts and their content. This cannot be undone.

Data we may retain

We delete your account and its data promptly. A limited set of records may be retained only where required by law, or to prevent fraud and abuse — never your photos, videos, or documents.

Can't sign in?

If you cannot sign in to request deletion yourself, email us from the address on your account and we will verify your identity and delete your account and its data on your behalf.
