Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, signing in, or using X-Streamify, you agree to these Terms of Service.
When you create an account or sign in, you are asked to confirm that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and are responsible for all activity under it.
Profiles & Parental Controls
Parents or guardians are responsible for managing access and content for minor profiles.
User Content
You retain ownership of your content and confirm you have the right to store and stream it.
Acceptable Use & Objectionable Content — Zero Tolerance
X-Streamify has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
You may not upload, store, share, or send through the service any content, and may not behave toward other users, in a way that is:
- sexually explicit or pornographic;
- violent, graphic, or gratuitously disturbing, or that threatens or incites violence;
- harassing, bullying, abusive, or intimidating toward any person;
- hateful, or that promotes discrimination or hatred against people based on protected characteristics;
- exploitative of minors in any way;
- illegal, or that infringes the rights of others; or
- spam, unsolicited sharing, or otherwise unwanted contact.
You also may not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion and without notice.
Reporting and Blocking
Every item, folder, or link shared with you can be reported. In the X-Streamify apps and website, use the Report option on the shared item, folder, or link, or write to support@xstreamify.com. When you use the Report option in the apps or website, the reported content is hidden from you immediately while we review it.
You can block any user who shares with you. Blocking hides that account's content from you immediately and stops further sharing and contact between you and that account. You can review and undo blocks from your account settings. Blocking an account notifies our team so that we can review it.
Enforcement
We review every report within 24 hours. Content found to violate these Terms is removed and the responsible account is suspended or permanently ejected.
While a report is being reviewed, we may automatically hide the reported content from the people it was shared with, and may pause an account's ability to share with others when several different people report or block it. These steps are temporary and can be reversed by us after review. We do not identify people who reported or blocked an account to the account holder. They do not affect your ability to sign in, to receive content, or to manage your own files.
If you believe action was taken on your account or content in error, you may appeal by contacting support@xstreamify.com. We may preserve and disclose information where required by law or to protect the safety of others.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid features may be introduced with clear pricing and terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including as described in the Acceptable Use and Enforcement sections above. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account by contacting support@xstreamify.com.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties.
Limitation of Liability
X-Streamify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
